How to Join
Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Refunds Policy

We are able to accept return/refund requests if:

• The wrong item(s) was delivered to you;
• A damaged/defective item(s) was delivered to you; or
• You did not receive your item(s).
We wish to highlight that we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once the payment is accepted.]

Return Requirements

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Do ensure that your item(s) fulfils the conditions below:

• The item(s) must be in new, unused, unaltered and unworn condition
• The item(s) must be in its original state and packaging with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any)

Returns/ refunds will only be processed once the item(s) has been received and checked by us.
Should the returned item not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.

1. Natural leather has different sides of each body, such as human skin. Therefore, there may be fine scratches, wrinkles, pores, etc. This is not a cause for exchange or return because it is not defective.
2. Please check the condition of the product before using it. If you remove the tag, you cannot exchange or return it.
3. We adjust it to the color of the product as much as possible, but the color may look different depending on the resolution of the monitor. This is not a reason for return.
4. Damage, scratches, leather earring, etc. due to your carelessness are not the reason for exchange or return.
5. Damage or damage caused by carelessness by the customer is not liable for repair or compensation free of charge, and We will be provided for a fee if repair is possible.
Refunds
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Other
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
